Cute cheetah cubs with their mother on a termite mound

I’ve been running photography safaris and workshops for several years now and get great pleasure from helping people develop their photography skills. On the right of this page, you’ll find up-coming safaris, which I run in partnership with Alan Hewitt at African Photography Safaris. We’re very proud to say that lots of people return with us year after year 🙂

The single most difficult thing about wildlife photography is actually finding the wildlife in the first place and getting it into the right pose with the best looking background!

That’s where safaris come in: we already know where the best shots are (with the help of our fantastic wildlife guides). We’ll take you there for guaranteed amazing results and will help you get the best shots.

Whether you’re a complete beginner, advanced enthusiast, or somewhere in-between, everyone’s welcome and no question is a silly question.

As of 2018, I dropped the workshops to concentrate full time on photo safaris and my filmmaking work.

“Wow…. what can I say!! Thank you so much for another unforgettable experience.  The accommodation and cooking…wonderful food. I learned new photographic techniques as well as much more regarding the habitat / wildlife / conservation of the Mara from our wonderful guides Moses and Boston.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this safari to any wildlife photographer. You will not regret making that decision.”
